Keeping on top of it
Your team
Adding people, the difference between an admin and warehouse staff, and removing somebody.
An account belongs to the company, not to whoever opened it. Add the people who sign for goods and they see the same orders and the same log.

Two roles
| Warehouse staff | Admin | |
|---|---|---|
| Receive deliveries and confirm them | Yes | Yes |
| Photograph damage, close off a shortfall | Yes | Yes |
| See the log, the vendors and the reports | Yes | Yes |
| Change their own password | Yes | Yes |
| Create or cancel a purchase order | No | Yes |
| Import a spreadsheet of orders | No | Yes |
| Add locations, or rename the company | No | Yes |
| Add or remove people, change roles | No | Yes |
| Change the plan or the billing | No | Yes |
Warehouse staff do the whole of receiving. What they cannot do is decide what was ordered in the first place, which is a purchasing job rather than a dock one.
Put another way
Keys to the building versus keys to the safe. Everybody needs the first to do their job. Far fewer people need the second.
Adding somebody
An admin adds them with their name, email and a starting password, and tells them what it is. They change it themselves in settings. There is no invitation email to wait for or lose, which matters on a dock where people share a terminal.
When somebody leaves
Remove them and they can no longer sign in. Everything they ever signed for stays exactly where it is, still in their name. A receiving log with a person deleted out of it would be worthless.
Worth knowing
Deliveries are attributed to whoever is signed in. On a shared dock terminal, sign out when you walk away, or the log will say the wrong person took the pallet.
