Create your account
Signing up, what gets created with you, and what it costs to begin.
You will need about a minute. Sign-up asks for four things: your name, your company name, your work email and a password you choose. Nobody has to approve you and there is no call to book.
What gets created
Three things appear the moment you sign up, in one go:
- Your company. Everything belongs to the company rather than to you personally, so colleagues you add later see the same records.
- Your own login, as an admin. Admins can do everything, including adding people and changing the plan.
- A receiving location called Main dock. Rename it in settings if your bay is called something else.
Put another way
Like opening a shop rather than being handed a key. The building, the keys and the first room all arrive together.
What it costs to start
Nothing. New accounts begin on the Free plan: one location, one person, and 25 deliveries a month. No card is asked for and nothing expires.
You move onto a paid plan when you need a second person signing for goods or more than 25 deliveries in a month. What each plan covers sets out the rest.
If you forget your password
Choose Forgotten your password? under the sign-in form and give the address you sign in with. A link arrives by email that lets you set a new one and puts you straight back into your dashboard.
The link works once and stops working after an hour, so ask for a fresh one rather than digging out an old email. Nothing you have signed for is affected, and asking for a link does not change your current password until you actually set a new one.
Did this page miss something?
If you came here with a question and left without the answer, that is a fault in the page rather than in the question. Tell us what you were trying to do and we will write it up, usually the same week.
