Plans, data and the awkward bits
Getting your records out
The CSV export, exactly which columns it contains, and how to get everything if you leave.
On the Pro plan, any filtered view of the receiving log can be exported as a CSV, filters included. Filter to one supplier and a date range, export, and that is what you get.
What is in the file
One row per line of every delivery, with these columns:
received_at, vendor, po_number, received_by, sku, description, qty_ordered, qty_received, qty_damaged, status, note
One row per line rather than per delivery, because a spreadsheet is only useful if you can total the shortfalls.
Put another way
A bank statement export rather than a screenshot of your balance. The rows are the point.
Size
Up to 5,000 deliveries in one file. Narrow the date range and take two if you have more than that.
If you are leaving
Ask on any plan and we will send you everything on the account, whatever tier you are on. Your records are yours and holding them hostage would be a poor way to run a business.
Did this page miss something?
If you came here with a question and left without the answer, that is a fault in the page rather than in the question. Tell us what you were trying to do and we will write it up, usually the same week.
