Plans, data and the awkward bits
What each plan covers
Every limit and feature on the four plans, and the thing that usually decides which one you need.
What changes between plans is how many people sign for deliveries, how many bays you run, and whether the slip gets read for you. Nothing limits how many orders you can hold.

The thing that usually decides it
A second person signing for goods. Free covers one. If two people work the bay, or somebody covers holidays, you have outgrown it, and that is the moment Starter is worth paying for.
Put another way
A phone plan. Nobody upgrades because of the brochure, they upgrade the month they run out of something.
What happens at a limit
You are told what is in the way before anything is refused, and told which plan lifts it. Nothing is deleted and nothing already recorded stops working.
