Subprocessors

Every outside company that touches your data, what each one is for, and where it sits. Five names, which is fewer than most people expect.

In force from 1 September 2026

The list

Vercel

United States

Runs the application and stores uploaded photographs.

Neon

United States

Hosts the database: accounts, purchase orders, receiving records.

Anthropic

United States

Reads a photographed packing slip and returns the text on it. Only sent when a plan includes slip reading and only for slips you upload.

Lemon Squeezy

United States

Sells the subscription, takes payment, handles sales tax and refunds. Card details go to them and never reach us.

Resend

United States

Delivers the receiving summary emails. Not switched on yet.

What this means for where your data sits

All five are in the United States, so records created by your team leave the Philippines to reach them. Each is contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and to protect it.

If your business needs a data processing agreement signed before you can use a supplier, write to privacy@dockcount.com and we will sort one out.

Changes to the list

Adding a company here changes who can see your data, so it is not something to do quietly. We will email account admins thirty days before a new subprocessor starts handling anything, and this page will name it.

The privacy policy covers what each of them receives.
