Answers to the usual questions
Who can see your records
Who inside and outside your company can see your deliveries, orders and damage photographs.
Everything belongs to your company. If somebody is not on your account, they cannot see any of it, and there is no shared address that would let them.
Inside your company
Everybody you add sees the same orders, deliveries and reports. Receiving is a shared record by design: a log only one person can read is not much of a log.
What differs is what people can change. Warehouse staff receive deliveries; admins also handle orders, people and billing.
Your photographs
Damage photographs and packing slips are not on a public web address. A link copied out of the app does nothing for anybody who is not signed in to your account, and they are served so that a shared terminal does not show the last person’s pictures to the next one.
Put another way
Photos in a locked filing cabinet in your own office, rather than pinned to a noticeboard in the corridor with a note saying please do not look.
Your password
Passwords are stored scrambled in a way that cannot be reversed. Nobody here can read yours, and that is also why nobody here can tell you what it was.
Outside your company
A short list of suppliers runs the software: the host, the database, the company that reads a photographed slip when your plan includes it, the payment processor, and the email sender. Each is named on our subprocessor page with what it does. Nobody else, and nothing is sold to anybody.
Did this page miss something?
If you came here with a question and left without the answer, that is a fault in the page rather than in the question. Tell us what you were trying to do and we will write it up, usually the same week.
